🌻 This Is the Love of My Life Denielle Tallen (or just Deni)

She’s not part of this website, but she’s part of everything I create. You won’t find her blog posts here, and you probably won’t hear her voice in videos. This just isn’t her thing and I respect that completely. After all, I use a dragon avatar myself for social media!

If you happen to spot a small friendly animal, like a capybara, it might just be Deni in disguise. You may also pick up on some “crazy aunt” vibes. Her energy and other traits I lovingly think of as Deni Easter Eggs.
If we had a couple avatar, it would probably be sunflowers. Yes, they’ll pop in from time to time just to say hi. 🌻

We choose what to share about our life as a couple, because our story and especially her story is sacred.
I can only share what is mine to share.

That’s the same approach I try to take when telling other real-life stories on this site. If I don’t get personal feedback or consent, I leave out names and identities.
What I do share is my emotional and personal response to those experiences.

Deni to me? Deni is the strength behind the stories, the calm that steadies me, and the loving editor quietly making everything better.

There are parts of our journey especially around health and family that are deeply personal.
We’ve worked through them together. Like John’s blogs we choose only to share what we believe will help someone else feel seen, supported, or inspired.

This site is called Tallen Family Stories for a reason.
It’s not just John’s store.
Even if my voice tells the stories, her strength is in every line the fire in the dragons breath.
